Fours Stars for Midshire

Only around 14% of companies in the copier business receive a four star rating through Approved Index, the organisation dedicated to matching business customers with the best suppliers – and monitoring quality through customer feedback.

Due to excellent buyer feedback from Approved Index’s Approval Ratings Survey we have been awarded the coveted rating. According to the Index getting a 4 star rating is quite an accomplishment – and we are obviously delighted – especially as the accolade comes in our 15^th anniversary year.

How Did We Come Up With Your Rating?

In early August the Index asked more than 18,000 Approved Index buyers to provide feedback on the companies it matched them with. It also asked them to provide each with a rating out of 5 based on their experience. The average of all the scores resulted in the Midshire star rating.

Comments on Midshire service, comments are always collected anonymously, included:

“Excellent company who responded in a timely manner.  We have now purchased a photocopier from this company and are very pleased with both their sales and service.” 

A spokesperson for the Index reported that the Approval Rating results had been the best in Approved Index history – the Index was formed in 2004.
