Midshire’s Birmingham Office
As the most populous city outside of London, Birmingham attracts a huge number of businesses each year. Both small and large businesses have made Birmingham their home, and with this increase comes a need for business solutions. Midshire has been operating from the Midlands, with an office in Birmingham, since 1990.
Midshire provides a range of services for business throughout the UK, including Birmingham and the West Midlands. Our business offers a large range of services including: managed print services, IT support and telecoms solutions.
Starting from humble beginnings, located in Nechelles, Midshire relocated to a state of the art, purpose built 25,000ft2 premises in West Bromwich, Sandwell in 2014. The move was the result of £2.2 million investment by the company, which has been partly funded by the Growing Priority Sectors Regional Growth Fund with the help of Think Sandwell, Sandwell Council’s business growth team, which provides tailored advice and support to businesses in the borough.
The Birmingham office supports the group of Companies with both the accounts team and service centre operating from West Bromwich. The office is home to the customer service department who help customers with any queries, from booking engineers and diagnosing IT issues through to ordering toner.
