Customers Rate Ricoh Best Overall

Each year the OPA (Office Products Analyst) conducts a study, in which it asks Enterprise and SMB customers to rate the printers they use on a daily basis.

Surveys, completed by extensive telephone interviews over 6 weeks, asked respondents to rate their printer on a variety of topics including image quality, ease of use and cost per page. Many questions required rating the copiers on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest. At the end of the survey there were 200 responses, representing 600 colour and black and white printers.

The average rating for all 10 printer brands in this study was 8.5. Ricoh printers were rated Best Overall with a rating of 9.2.

Furthermore, over 83% of Ricoh customers said they would recommend a Ricoh Printer to others.
