#BusinessOfTheWeek: Train Together

Posted on

This week our #BusinessOfTheWeek is Train Together, an independent training provider. The company specialises in the Logistics, Education, Childcare, Business and Management sectors.

The Leicester based company works with both individuals and employers to develop key skills and training. When working with employers, Train Together can help in a number of key areas: pre-employment training, workforce training, apprenticeship training and management & leadership training.

Train Together works will a number of accreditation agencies and organisations to provide specialist training across a range of sectors. For example, Train Together is the preferred training provider to the National Association of Professional Teaching Assistants (NAPTA).

Train Together has worked with a number of large companies, such as John Lewis, Britvic and Yusen Logistics with core skills and management skills training courses. All comments detail the benefits of the courses for the employees concerned, with core skills such as English being used both inside and outside the work environment.

Train Together also help individuals complete qualifications that can lead to specific employment. Some have taken childcare courses, leading to work placement in the childcare sector, others have completed apprenticeships which has helped them to progress into positions with more responsibility within the workplace.

Midshire has worked with Train Together for four years and currently supplies their offices with multiple multifunctional devices.

Midshire Account Manager, Ben Trimble comments,

‘Train Together is going from strength to strength, and now has a number of high profile customers. I’m pleased to support Train Together with their print solutions.’
