Inflated support for Sky Blues
A market-leading office technology sales and service provider, continues its support of Sky Blues in the Community with the sponsorship of a new ‘speedshot’ inflatable goal.
Midshire has worked with Sky Blues in the Community since 2013, when a photocopier was installed in the Sky Blues office. Midshire Account Manager Danny Walden has worked closely with the charity since that time. In addition to providing a photocopier, Midshire has also worked with the Sky Blues to develop a new, responsive website.
The goal will become an invaluable tool for the football coaching which takes place in the Coventry and Warwickshire regions.
The new inflatable goal will be used in football coaching sessions and community events and is sure to prove a big hit. Sky Blues in the Community Director Guy Rippon said,
“A SpeedShot inflatable has always been popular at the community events we attend.
“The kind support of Midshire in sponsoring a new inflatable is greatly appreciated, as the new SpeedShot is state of the art, fantastically branded and thousands of people will benefit from it each year at the various events we attend in Coventry and Warwickshire.”
Sky Blues in the Community has been a registered charity since 2008, although the organisation was founded in 1993. The charity works in the community to provide not only football coaching, but also initiatives for people of all ages and backgrounds to progress and develop in four main areas: sport, health, education and inclusion.
Danny Walden said,
“Being a local lad, and supporting Coventry City FC since I was 6 years old, being able to help out the Sky Blues in the Community is fantastic. It has really given me an insight into all the wonderful work they do in our community. They do an amazing job for us all here in Coventry and Warwickshire.”
Our business relationship has flourished and Midshire looks forward to working with Sky Blues in the Community in the future, to provide technology support, as well as sponsorship for key events.
