This is all included in a ‘cost per copy’ agreement, which basically means you are charged based on the number of sheets of A3 or A4 paper that is printed during a set period, and billed either monthly or quarterly.

They attend regular manufacture led product training courses to improve their knowledge and experience of the machines they are servicing. These engineers not only repair the fault reported by customers, but also carry out a ‘minimum call procedure’. This procedure increases the uptime of machines, and reduces the number of emergency call outs per machine.

We supply Managed Print Services on a wide range of devices from desktop printers and photocopiers right up to light production printers. You can purchase or lease your device from Midshire, or we’ll support a device that is from a different supplier. Our managed print service can be provided on a variety of brands including: Ricoh, Sharp, Lexmark, RISO, Toshiba and HP.
