Managed Print Services

Midshire’s key area of expertise falls in print management and Managed Print Services. Over 12,000 devices are currently maintained for customers under a Managed Print Service. This bespoke photocopier and printer service covers general maintenance, the ordering of toner cartridges and parts, preventative maintenance, engineer support calls and machine monitoring software to provide accurate meter readings and monitor toner levels. It also gives customers access to a free Toner Recycling Scheme. Midshire is helping businesses to become even more efficient with their print through the implementation of print management solutions.

Midshire offers Managed Print Services on a wide range of photocopiers from desktop devices right up to office photocopiers and digital production presses. You can purchase or lease your device from Midshire, and we’ll even support a device from purchased from a different supplier that is not on an existing service contract. Our local engineers, based around the Manchester area are fully manufacture trained, ensuring machines are continuously maintained throughout the duration of the service contract.

Midshire also offers a unique ‘Try Before You Buy’ service which allows customers to road test a device on a trial basis. Our team will come and install the chosen device at your place of work and in the desired location for you to and your team to try. This ensures the device is fit for purpose before you commit to the purchase or lease. This service is free of charge, you simply just pay for the prints you produce.
