Our Desktop as a Service pricing is transparent, and there are no hidden extras. You simply pay £49.95 per user, per month, making on-going budgeting for your IT support costeasier than ever.
Unlike many of our competitors, we don’t restrict you into having a minimum number of users. You can be a one-man-band and have full access to all our platform has to offer.It is the perfect, cost-effective IT solution for startup businesses, and many of our customers begin with a small numbers of users and grow their business with their hosted desktop.
A typical installation of DaaS will include migration of end-user data to the data centre, end-user PC configuration, setup of business applications (such as Sage) and remote training for your employees on how to use the system. Any new or additional data can be migrated at a later date. For any contract over the minimum term of 12months, the team will provide the data migration free of charge.
Our team of highly-skilled and experienced IT staff have built the platform from the ground up, using the latest hardware and technology. So, there is no one better placed to answer any questions or help you with any aspect of yoursolution. Using our industry-leading ticketing system they will respond to all customer needs within a 4-hour targeted response time
Throughout the life of your desktop as a Service contract, our help-desk support is completely free of charge. You can contact the help-desk as many times as you wish, with no limitation on the number of tickets raised, calls received or emails logged for the team to deal with should you ever need any support.
One of the benefits is that your Microsoft Office and Windows licenses are included as part of the fee. We don’t license local devices but apply these to your hosted solution, which you can access from any of your devices. We can transfer most existing business-specific software licenses you may have, such as: Sage, Photoshop, Proclaim etc.
What’s not included?
When you wish to add additional users or increase personal or company storage you will need to contact the team to discuss your exact requirements. If you wish to buy additional software licenses that are not included in our standard solution, hardware or devices, we will be more than happy to help! On-site support visits and personal hardware cover is not included as part of our standard contract.
